Working to Live

Most people in our society live on what they themselves or individual family members earn as dependent employees. Many of them have to make do with insecure or poorly paid work. On the other hand, today's working conditions and the distribution of earned wealth did not fall from the sky. They can be changed. The social and political debates about this are characterized by different, often opposing interests. Kommende is taking part in this discussion. Its guiding principle is a fairer society in which people can live from their work. Good work, environmentally compatible management and fair employee incomes must be more important than purely financial transactions and the accumulation of wealth.
