Employee Representatives

The professional and practice-oriented seminars, conferences and up- to-date information first deal with the basics of co-determination in the Church and Caritas. Legal topics, negotiation and communication, moderation and conflict management are also on the agenda. Without sound specialist knowledge, employee representatives cannot make use of their co-determination rights. For this purpose, there is, for example, the course "Reading and understanding economic data" and other information days on the topics with which the MAV is confronted. Seminars on the organization of working time are particularly in demand and indispensable for all those who have to deal with duty rosters, overtime and mobile time in their day-to- day work.
