Study Days for Church Employers and Managers in the Archdiocese of Paderborn

The further education of church employers is a subject area of the Kommende, which has the task of taking up current social, structural and institutional topics in the area of church service and developing them further in dialogue. The events offered are not only intended to stimulate the daily work of employers, but also to provide space for discussion in order to support joint work through exchange. Training courses in the areas of law, co-determination (MAV), employee management, decision-making, and data protection and digitization are designed to enable participants to meet the challenges of today's church work.
